2.3 Each individual may hold only one (1) phsky1 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. phsky1 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phsky1 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances.
2.4 You must notify phsky1 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. Notification should be made via the live chat support function available on the phsky1 platform.
2.5 phsky1 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

4.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the details on your verified phsky1 account. phsky1 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4.2 Before any withdrawal is processed, you must have completed phsky1's KYC identity verification process. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held pending verification.

5.1 phsky1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

6.3 phsky1 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; (b) the outcome of an event has already been determined at the time the bet was placed; (c) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms; or (d) there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation.
6.4 In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, phsky1's server records shall be the definitive record of the game state at the time of disconnection. phsky1 will make reasonable efforts to restore interrupted sessions, but accepts no liability for losses arising from disconnections caused by factors outside phsky1's control, including player-side internet issues.
6.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by phsky1 at any time.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phsky1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

11.3 phsky1 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phsky1 will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its control.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit phsky1's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 You may close your phsky1 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
12.2 phsky1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, where phsky1 reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) your account has been used for fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) you have provided false information; or (d) closure is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

13.2 If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the standard support process, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to phsky1 via the contact email address displayed on the platform. Formal complaints will be reviewed by a senior member of the phsky1 team and a written response will be provided within seven (7) business days.
13.3 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, phsky1's server logs and game records shall constitute the definitive record of the relevant game session and shall be used as the basis for resolving the dispute.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through phsky1's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.3 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
14.4 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and phsky1 with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
